My dear friend Jimena took them, we had our makeup done at my friend Mariana´s house (which is a beauty and makeup paradise I must say) and then we shoot them at the best church in Cholula (Such a nice place in our city Puebla).

The Lying Game Fashion

One of my ultimate favorite TV shows is The Lying Game. I love the story and the trama, but I love even more the clothes that Mimi Kaupe manages to put into this awsome show.
Mimi Kaupe is the brilliant costume designer that makes possible for us to see so many fashion all togheter. Personally I love the most Sutton Mercer´s style... but I haven´t been able to dislike any character´s style, for me it is almost impossible.
This time I could not find many pictures, but I managed my way into some images for your inspiration (They are so a part of mine) and also a couple of videos that give us a sneek peek to the closet of this great show, belive me you want to see them... their clothes trailer is to die for!

Yesteday I shooted a photoshoot with my friends Mariana and Jimena. It was so much fun and I think with ended up with great pictures. We had it shooted at a very special place in our city and that made the photos look even better.

I will upload some of them as soon as they are ready but for now, what do you think of this one? I took it with my Ipod without knowing it and I ended up loving it!!

WEDGE MADNESS

Nowdays we spot wedge shoes everywhere! It is such an actual trend and for me it is one of my favorites.
Recently I have been looking pictures over Tumblr of outfits that have wedge shoes on it, and that inspired me to create this set with my favorites. Personally this is a trend that I love and I intend to follow in this current year... belive me when I say this, but getting wedge shoes is one of the TOP things on my shopping list.

She is the little sister of a former princess and while her sister is part of England´s Royalty she has becomed a big part of today´s World´s Fashion Royalty.
Yes, her name is Pipa Middleton and her sense of style is incredible!

She usually wears a chic, trendy but yet a classy style that makes a huge bunch of people (including me) look up to her outfits in the search of inspiration. A lot of people listed her as one of the Best Dressed Womans in 2011 and trust me when I say that you will also see her in this year list!
I found some great pictures of her daily style and I wanna share them with you, and even maybe you can take them as inspiration!

Being happy makes everything much easier and better... I took this photo over the weekend and I really really like it... I loved the makeup I was wearing that day but what I love the most is the message of the photo!

MAGSANT, A MEXICAN BRAND TO LOVE!

I always say that when it comes to the time to dress having the right accesories is a key to everything... and that is one of the reasons of this post!

With this I want you to get to know Fernando Magnum Santillan who is the designer of MAGSANT. 

In the past few days I got to know him by his email and I could not belive how nice he was... and then he gave me the great honor of talking to him about his brand by Face Time. As I imagined he was very nice. The story he told me was way too interesting, and I wanna share the story and his work with you!

Fernando knew since he was younger that he wanted to be a designer and so he followed what he liked and got into studying fashion and shoe design. At first he liked better clothing design rather than shoe and accesorie design. He was was so interested in leather jackets and hated to do shoes... but then, time prove him wrong and his new ambition was to make shoes and accesories. While time passed by he was fully dedicated to shoe and accesory design and got behind all the clothing design. 

Before creating his own brand he worked for other mexican brands and got a lot of experience by traveling (mostly in Europe). And when the time was right he felt like leaving his own mark on the world and so he created his brand.

Now he owns MAGSANT. It is a Mexican brand and Fernando named it after his last names (in Mexico we use our father last name and also our mother´s last name) which are MAGNUM and SANTILLAN. 

The brand offers fashion accesories made out of leather like purses, wallets, bracelets and also home accesories like salt and pepper, leather mats, species containers and more!

Plus: the products are handmade and also created by mexican craftsman and they show a part of the modern Mexican folklore.

METALLIC LOVE!

The "Metallic Pants Trend" started this fall thanks to designers like Marc Jacobs, Alexander Wang, Michael Kors, Verasce, etc. Lots of collections showed this new way to rock the pants, and this trend is not just staying for the FW season. We will be looking at a lot of metallic pants during the SS season too.
Here are some georgeous pants I recently found on Polyvore and I really really liked them. 
Personally I love how they look but it seems like I am waaaay too shy to wear a pair of these. Do you dare to wear them?

CLOSETS!!

The best time in the year to reorder a closet is when it is the beggining of it.
Everytime I am about to reorder my closet I like to get some ideas and inspiration first, so then I can have an ideo of how I want my closet to look like. Of course that I do not own a closet that is as big as the ones you see in pictures, but I dream of having one like that... for now I will just keep dreaming with the perfect closet and start reordering the one that I have.

Recently I have grown a HUGE obsession for Selena Gomez's Style! And I mean, who doesn't?
She has gone from girly girl to a complete style diva! On red carpets, music videos, magazine spreads, and on her dily life...
